The organisation staff of the Cameroonian Challenge –Back to the roots- is made up of the following commissions:
General coordination: Executed by Cyrille Ntamghe, current president of the Association of the Rhin Cameroonians (ACR e.V), is exclusively in charge of the organization of the Challenge edition 2009. Its main role is to lead the project. It coordinates and supports activities of the different commissions in order to assure a constant work progress and satisfy scheduled requirements on time. Other members of that commission are:

The Marketing and Communication Commission: Directed by Dr. Pierre H. Bisseck, is in charge of all advertising activities, sponsors research as well as partners and required infrastructures for the organization of the Challenge. This commission is supported by the CTN Sarl Company (Cameroon Technology Network Sarl). This technological partner of the Cameroonian Challenge Cologne 2009 is responsible for the development of the Challenge’s website and owns the CTN WDM software, which is currently used by the Organization staff of the Challenge for information management, documents and collaboration work. The Business and Social Forum Commission: Directed by Dr. Pierre H. Bisseck and his partners Dr. Mbang Sama and Dr. Michel Mbida, organizes the dissertations and the debates of this activity, as well as the research of partners (stakeholders and sponsors) and the proposal of topic discussions. The sport Commission: Is directed by Filomain Nguemo and is responsible for the organization and the coordination of the sportive activities of the Cameroonian Challenge Cologne 2009- Back to the roots. Other members of this commission are:
· Theophile Tchakoumi, responsible for the organization of the Football competition
· Fernand Poungom, responsible for the organization of the Handball competition
· Dimitri Diffo, responsible for the organization of the Basketball competiton
· Rostand Pobda, responsible for the organization of the martial arts competiton
· Christelle Takam, responsible for the organization of the athletic competiton
· Wambe Tchokokam, responsible for the organization of the arm wrestling competition
The Event Commission: Directed by Rodrigue Chiepy and Wittus Nguandjui is responsible for the organization and coordination of extra-sportive activities during the Cameroonian Challenge Cologne 2009. Other members of that Commission are:
· Julie Kamno, responsible for the organization of the cultural festival
· Alain Thierry Djempe, responsible for the organization of the gala evening
· Didier Djoumessi, responsible for the organization of the gala evening
· Chancellier Kemeni
The Financial Commission: Directed by Yves Moukoue is responsible for the management of the financial resources of the Organization Staff as well as the cash flow operating. Other members of this commission are:

The Miss Challenge Commission: Directed by Esther Tchokokam is responsible for the organization and the election of Miss Challenge 2009. One of its duties is to help the candidates during their application process, to inform them about deadlines, and above all about the selection criterions required by the jury. The Social Work Organization Commission: Directed by Stephanie Takam has the duty to convoke all the influent members of the Cameroonian Challenge Cologne 2009-Back to the roots to decide on the nature of the planned social work. This commission will after have to contact all the social partners needed to make this activity flourishing.
The Children Program Commission: Directed by Nadia Kamdem, is responsible for organization of children activities to keep them busy during the week-end and to help the parents so that they can better invest themselves in the Cameroonian Challenge activities.
